Itinerary
In the evening, depart from Sharm El Sheikh by minibus. The journey to the base of Mount Sinai takes approximately 2.5 hours.

During the excursion:

• Begin your ascent with a guide:
  • The hike takes about 3 hours.
  • Mount Moses (Mount Sinai) stands at 2,200 meters.
  • The final stretch of the climb includes the Monk’s Staircase, consisting of 750 steps.
  • Rest stops and small shops offering drinks and snacks are available along the way.
• Watch the sunrise from the summit:
  • After enjoying the breathtaking views, descend the mountain.
• Visit Saint Catherine’s Monastery:
  • Explore the monastery courtyard, see the Burning Bush, and visit Moses’ Well.
  • If you wish, you can collect water from the well, so keep empty bottles during the hike.

Return to Sharm El Sheikh by 2:00 PM.

Important Notes:

• Bring the original passport and two photocopies (copies can be made at your hotel reception).
• Take water with you. Pre-order breakfast at your hotel reception if needed.
• In warm weather, bring a light jacket or windbreaker. In cooler months, bring both. Ponchos or blankets can be purchased or rented along the way if desired.
• Wear comfortable, sturdy, and well-broken-in footwear.
• Temperatures on the mountain can be 15–20 degrees lower than in Sharm El Sheikh.
